Gentlemen,

     I am writing to ask the three representatives of my district in New Jersey to vote against the "cap and trade" bill now under consideration in congress.  These bills in the house and senate are nothing more than a poorly disguised energy tax that will given the current financial problems in the country, will only serve to exponentially increase the tax burden on your constituents.   Please know that if you refuse to vote the way your constituents want you to vote well, you've seen what happened to Mr. Corzine.   Continue to vote along the party lines instead of how we, the people who voted you into office want you to vote, then prepare yourselves for your new careers as private citizens instead of public servants.
